We accept payment via secure third-party gateways including Stripe. Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect details.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and are outlined on our FAQ and checkout pages.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delays may occur due to customs, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of the HumidiFlyer, we cannot accept returns for used products.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos or return of the product before issuing a replacement or refund.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you review product details before purchase.
